Something I have learned is that getting healthy is more than just a diet, it’s a lifestyle. I can’t just diet now then start eating the same way I was before. While I want to lose weight and that is always on my mind, I would prefer to live a long and healthy life. Whenever I think about why I want to lose weight I think about how great I’m going to look and all the clothes I will get to wear but thats just not it. It should be about more than that.
Some important things that I have learned along the way is:
Hydration is key to a good workout, a good day and good health.
